Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current benefits remain active until the end of your billing period.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely.

The Protection Program provides discretionary credits, up to the trade value, if something goes wrong with a protected trade. Pro members are eligible for up to $100, and Elite members up to $250. Free members are not covered. Each case is reviewed individually by our team. This is not insurance — it's our commitment to building trust on the platform.

Pro members get 5% off and Elite members get 10% off at the Poké Shop (shop.poke-trade.com). You'll receive a unique member discount code to use at checkout. Discounts apply to Poké Shop products only — not marketplace purchases or trades.

If you downgrade from Pro/Elite to Free, your existing listings remain active. However, once you exceed the 25-listing limit on the Free tier, you won't be able to create new listings until you're back under the limit.

We don't offer a free trial, but our Free tier gives you full access to core trading and marketplace features. You can upgrade whenever you're ready — and cancel anytime if it's not for you.

Marketplace seller fees apply to completed marketplace sales: Free 12%, Pro 8%, Elite 5%. Trades have a separate fee — Free 10% or $4.99 (whichever is higher, after 5 free trades), Pro 5% or $2.99, Elite 3% or $1.99. Poké Shop products are sold through our Shopify store with member discounts (Pro 5%, Elite 10%). Memberships, marketplace sales, and trades are billed through Stripe.
